OUSD Leaders Present at National Community Schools Forum
The Coalition for Community School's 2012 National Forum is in full swing May 9-12 in San Francisco. The conference theme, "Scaling Up School and Community Partnerships," dovetails with much of the work that has united our staff and partners in this first implementation year. At the second day of the Forum, leaders from the Family, School, and Community Partnerships (FSCP) Department spoke on "The Oakland Planning Story," detailing the 2010-11 work of the Strategic Vision Task Forces.
